Responsible for ensuring all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled. Track material returns by job and return to stock. Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet. List all overstocked items and give to Installation Coordinator for return to vendor. Check and put away stock orders. Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion. Assist Installer in loading and unloading vans.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Sales Representative will interact with customers on a wide variety of jobs from all Departments in the company. Sales Reps. Will present the jobs, projects, maintenance program, equipment, or other quotes to the prospective customer and provide that customer with options of payment securing the sale. The Sales Rep. works with the Technicians, Lead Technicians, Foreman, and the Operations and Production Supervisor to generate sales leads, ensure jobs, projects, maintenance programs, equipment, and other quoted work are completed within budgeted dollars, under time, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Water Treatment Technician will provide general maintenance to filtration systems, water softeners, UV Systems, treated water distribution systems, and reverse osmosis systems. The Technician handles service calls to customers in their homes and sells salt, fixtures, accessory items, and service agreements. Utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products, and finance options.

Essential Functions

  1. To troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain water treatment equipment including, but not limited to all makes and models of residential water softeners, residential filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, UV filtration systems, and treated water distribution pump systems.
  2. To repair or replace domestic and commercial water lines.
  3. To install new filtration systems, water softening systems, reverse osmosis systems, UV Systems, and distribution pumps.
  4. To respond to emergencies sometimes after hours in customer’s homes and business’s including but not limited to clogged drains, broken water lines, and frozen pipes. The technician will need to evaluate such emergencies and the proper corrective action.
  5. To coordinate and clearly communicate your daily activities with not only the customer but the Lead Water Treatment Service Technician.
  6. To complete all work asked in a timely and professional fashion.
  7. To attend any technical training provided by not only Coats Plumbing & HVAC but any additional training that would help in furthering the Technicians skills.
  8. To practice a safe work ethic and to practice all safety and company guidelines provided by Coats Plumbing & HVAC.
  9. To perform all other duties assigned to them by the Lead Technician.
